1st Mace Flow - Shaida Eshraghi on the Onnit channel showing a very simple, smooth, mace flow/kata. This is the video that sparked the idea of creating an extended kata which could incorporate multiple movements thru multiple planes of motion, and mirror it for the left and right sides.
